Where are the products made?
All Eleanor Bolton jewellery is handmade in our London (UK) studio and we pride ourselves on a high quality finish.
What materials are your products made from?
All products are made from 100% cotton braid and 100% cotton yarn. Coloured styles are hand-dyed and all silver and gold plated elements are high quality plated brass. Some styles also feature sterling silver clasps and findings.
Are these products sized?
All necklaces are one size, however some styles feature tie fastening, which enables the wearer to alter the length of the necklace.

Bangles are available in Small, Medium and Large:
Small:

External Diameter: 12cm, Internal Diameter: 5.7cm, Depth: 3.5cm

How do I clean my Eleanor Bolton cotton jewellery item?
For small marks and spots simply dab with a damp cloth. The metal sections can be shined up with a soft cloth; a traditional jewellery cleaning cloth is most suitable. For a general clean all Eleanor Bolton Jewellery can be dry-cleaned. Just make sure to ask your dry-cleaner not to press the item.
I can’t find the Eleanor Bolton product I am looking for how can I purchase it?
If you have seen an item elsewhere but can not find it on our online shop, this may be because this item is out of stock or is a special commission. Please contact us directly to place an order, email: sales@eleanorbolton.com or by telephone +44 (0)7763 97402.
Do you do commissions? I would like to commission a piece of jewellery.
Yes. We are always happy to take on commissions, they can be as simple as an adaption to an existing style such as special colour or length. Or a completely new design, simply contact us via email: sales@eleanorbolton.com or by telephone +44 (0)7763 97402 to make an appointment to come to the studio or discuss specifications and receive a price quote.
Do you sell your products wholesale?

(2) PACKAGING AND PRESENTATION

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes. We do this as standard all Eleanor Bolton jewellery is presented wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a branded cotton pouch.

(3) ONLINE SHOP

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

(4) RETURNS POLICY

What is your exchange / returns policy?
Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tickets and tags attached. The returns process is very simple - you MUST obtain a Returns number from us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. To get a returns number, please email sales@eleanorbolton.com. Do NOT return any item to us without a return number, as we will be unable to accept it.

We offer a 14 day return policy for all fully priced items. As long as they are in their original condition, unused and unworn with all packaging and tags attached, items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note. See below for our return policy on sale items.

Exchanges
We can exchange for a different size, colour or item. If the item is of higher value we will invoice the difference to you. When applying for your returns number, please let us know which item you wish to purchase instead and we will do our best to reserve it for you.
Refunds
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided a returns number is obtained within 14 days of dispatch, in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
Sales Items
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. To take advantage of the Distance Selling Regulations please contact us prior to sending the goods back stating you wish to return them under this scheme.

(5) SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International delivery times vary Europe is generally 5-10 working days and the rest of the world within 1-3 weeks, (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control). Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period. If you need a delivery be a certain date, for example for a birthday present, please contact us to let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate this.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders to UK addresses starts at £3.00. We use Royal Mail's Signed For service unless requested otherwise. A signature is required on delivery. For shipping outside the UK costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
